When a payday Friday falls on a City holiday, NYC’s Office of Payroll Administration moves payday to Thursday (official 2026 pay dates, PDF). This tool follows those official dates, while RDOCalendar keeps the Friday date, so a few paydays differ: for example, Jul 2 instead of Jul 3, 2026, and Dec 31, 2026 instead of Jan 1, 2027.

This calendar is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NYPD, any union or RDOCalendar. It repeats each published rotation from a fixed starting date and cannot know about tour changes, details, swaps, vacation or chart revisions. Always confirm with your command’s posted chart.

Holidays and paydays are unofficial too. Holidays are the ones RDOCalendar marks (federal holidays, common observances and Election Day in presidential years), worked out by rule. Paydays follow the NYC biweekly payroll per the NYC Office of Payroll Administration 2026 pay dates. Your pay schedule may differ; check with your payroll office.
